Refund Policy
How refunds and cancellations work.

1. Subscription cancellations
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from your account settings. After you cancel, you keep access through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within that period unless required by law.
2. 14-day refund policy
We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund policy. If you request a refund within 14 days of your purchase, we will approve the refund and process it through our payment provider.
3. Refund requests after 14 days
After 14 days, refunds are generally not available except where required by law, or in cases such as duplicate charges or billing errors. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us through the Contact page with your account email and transaction details. We review requests and aim to respond within a few business days.
4. Payment processor
Payments are processed by our payment partner (Paddle). Refunds may be issued to the original payment method used at checkout, subject to the processor's timelines.
5. Church plans
Church subscriptions are billed to the church administrator account. Seat changes do not alter the billing period mid-cycle; removing a team member does not automatically refund past charges.
